| 1. Welcome & Introduction | Vincent thanked and welcomed all attendees to the first Listening Circle for the Listening Living Labs with Migrant Worker Communities. |
Vincent then introduced the role of A Good Space Co-operative as a convenor of the Listening Living Labs. | | 2. Mindfulness & 1 Minute of Silence | Anthea facilitated a short mindfulness activity to bring participants into the room.
Everyone observed a short 1-minute moment of silence in honour of the late Ms Bridget Tan, the founder of the Humanitarian Organisation of Migration Economics (HOME). | | 3. Check-In Activity | Anthea facilitated a check-in activity where participants shared one thing they hoped to take away from the Listening Circle on menti.com.

Michael emphasised the importance of all participants placing a stake in the collective vision of making Singapore a welcoming place for migrant workers to work and live in.
Anthea emphasised the importance of finding a better, more interconnected way to act together that may lead to new possibilities that were not possible before.
Anthea introduced the other members of the Leaders Roundtable in the room. | | 5. Ice-breaker Activity | Vincent facilitated an ice-breaker activity for participants to get to know each other’s stories and strengths and help them understand each other better as human beings beyond their job titles. | | 6. Presentation of Listening Living Labs Process | Vincent shared about the process for the Listening Living Labs and the vision for the collective: What needs to happen for Singapore to be a welcoming place for migrant workers to work and live in?
He shared how the Listening Circle’s focus will be a future-oriented conversation centred around these 3 key objectives:
• Identify new insights for the 5 key Issues that might have been missed
• Brainstorm initial ideas for actions
• Understand how participants would like to be involved in the Listening Living Labs |
| 7. Reaction Round on the Values of the collective | Vincent shared the four values of Respect, Curiosity, Presence and Inclusion that the Leaders’ Roundtable came up with to guide the collective.
Anthea explained the importance of having both a safe space to share different perspectives and a brave space to speak about one’s own lived experiences and truth.
Anthea then facilitated a reaction round where participants shared how they think they can practice the values of this collective to create a safe and brave space for listening and speaking on menti.com.

Presentation of Key Issues and Opportunity Areas | Vincent shared the 5 key issues identified, the key insights for each issue and the identified opportunity areas that the Secretariat Team had gathered from research and consultations with different stakeholders.
The 5 key Issues are:
Each group’s Chair drew lots to choose one of the 5 key Issues to discuss in their groups. These were the issues each group discussed:
1. High Recruitment Debt - Group 4 & 7 2**.** Struggles with Living and Working Conditions - Group 5 & 6 3**.** Barriers of Access to Healthcare - Group 3 4. ****Social Exclusion of Migrant Voices - Group 1 & 2 5. ****Caregiver Burden - Group 8
Each group then discussed these 4 questions together to unpack the key Issue they were focused on:
1. Who are the key stakeholders in this issue? 2. What are the two things that are important to this stakeholder about this issue? 3. What is one key question this stakeholder might ask when thinking about how to address this issue? 4. When thinking about opportunities for action, what might we have missed?
Each group then sent a representative to share what the group discussed with the larger group during the larger group sharing.

| 10. Discussion #2: Brainstorming Actions | Anthea shared the instructions for the second discussion the participants will be doing in their pre-assigned multi-sector groups.
All participants first silently brainstormed 3 ideas for actions that can be prototyped and tested out in the months to come.
Participants then shared these ideas with their groups and groups discussed which 3 ideas stood out for them.
Each group then sent a representative to share the ideas the group thought of with the larger group during the larger group sharing.

| 11. Check-out Activity | Anthea facilitated a check-out activity where participants shared one word to describe how they were feeling at the end of the Listening Circle.

Completion of Contribution Form | Vincent asked the participants to complete a contribution form to indicate how they want to be involved in the Listening Living Labs for future sessions and which ideas for actions they are interested in. |
