| 1. Welcome & Introduction | Vincent thanked and welcomed all attendees to the second gathering for the Listening Living Labs with Migrant Worker Communities. |
**Vincent** then gave a quick recap of what happened in the last session and the organizing structure of the Listening Living Labs with Migrant Worker Communities.
He then introduced the objectives of the second gathering as to form multi-sector teams to work on the 8 ideas that were prioritized and to identify resources needed for the ideas to be prototyped in 6 months.

| 2. Human Bingo Activity | Anthea facilitated a human bingo activity where participants had to interact with other participants to find people who fit the statements in the Bingo sheet they had been given. The first three participants to get a Bingo received Toblerone chocolates as a gift đŸ˜„

| 3. Presentation of Ideas | Vincent presented the 8 key ideas that were prioritized by the Leaders Roundtable from the 25 ideas shared in session 1, through an Impact/Resources matrix. He explained that the prioritization of ideas is important in order to actually begin carrying out quick win actions.

| 4. Introduction by Co-Chairs | Anthea and Michael introduced themselves and their roles as Co-Chairs of the Leaders’ Roundtable for the Listening Living Labs with Migrant Worker Communities. They both then emphasized the importance and urgency of moving from discussion and towards action.

| 5. Gallery Walk of Ideas | Michael briefed participants on the Gallery Walk to see the 8 ideas that were prioritized.
Participants then went on the Gallery Walk silently and thought about which issue area and idea they would be interested to work on.

| 6. Team Formation | Anthea and Michael briefed participants on the activities the participants will be doing in order to form teams.
Anthea first asked participants to go to the space in the venue which corresponds to the stakeholder group they most identify with.

| 7. Self Introductions in Teams | Anthea invites everyone to introduce themselves in their teams by answering these 2 questions:
1. Who am I? 2. Why am I interested in this issue? |
| 8. Creation of Team Values and Understanding Team Strengths | Anthea asked the teams to each appoint a Team Leader, who will lead the team to develop their ideas further in the next sessions and a Note-Taker for the day.
She then asked the teams to discuss the Team Values they want to follow as they work together by answering the question : What is one thing we must practice as a team for me to feel safe to speak and share my perspectives?
She also invited team members to each share one thing they can contribute to the team in terms of a strength/skill/experience they have.

Reflection on Ideas | Anthea asked the team members to each reflect in silence about the idea they have chosen to work on and think about how it can be improved and what their team must consider when working on the idea.
Team members then took turns to share their thoughts in their teams and the teams had a discussion on their selected idea. |
| 10. Refinement of Ideas | Anthea then invited teams to discuss the following questions together to refine their Ideas further so that they start developing an action plan:
1. What is the problem I am trying to address and why is it important? 2. What is the end goal I wish to see for this issue? 3. What are 2-3 main things that must change in order to achieve this end goal? 4. What is something we can create in 6 months that will help us move towards this end goal?

Large Group Sharing | Each team then took turns to share what they discussed with the other teams in a large group sharing facilitated by Anthea. | | 12. Discussion about Resources Needed and Next Steps | Anthea and Vincent asked the teams to list down the resources they will need to make their ideas work and indicate a date for the Secretariat Team to get in touch with them before the next session in July.
